Shipping policy

Orders headed to any destination within the continental United States ship for free. Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation via email when you place your order. Please review the shipping address to make sure it is correct. If there is an error, please let us know right away at info@airemasterhome.com.

We strive to ship orders within five business days of the order being placed. Shipping times can be longer if an item is out of stock or unforeseen circumstances arise.

Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. When your order is shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Aire-Master shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. Aire-Master does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
