How do I create an account?
Create a Aire-Master Home Account. Simply sign up with an email address and create a password.

Why should I subscribe?
Subscribe and save 10% on refills! Create an Account. Or simply click the “Subscribe & Save” button while adding items to your cart to be automatically subscribed.

How do I manage my Subscription?
Simply login to your Account Portal to alter your subscription.

From here you can easily:

  • Review purchase history
  • Manage subscriptions
  • Swap or add products
  • Pause deliveries

Having trouble managing your subscription?
Please email us for assistance. Alterations must be made to your order within 48 hours of the charge date confirmation email or SMS notifcation that you receive.

How do subscriptions get billed/shipped?
We will also send you email and SMS notifications, where you can easily manage your subscription. Please allow 2 days for processing and 5-7 business days for standard delivery after every billing cycle.

Manage your delivery frequency by logging into your Account Portal.

I forgot my password?
To reset your password, please go to the login page and then click on “Forgot Password”. Still having trouble logging into your account? Email us at info@airemasterhome.com

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. You can cancel or update your subscription in your customer portal.

 

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

What forms of payment does Aire-Master Home accept?
All transactions are secure and encrypted. We accept payments from Meta Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and all Debit/Credit Cards like Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard and Diners Club.

What is the difference between the Scentscapes® Classic Dispenser and the Scentscapes® Home Diffusers?
The Classic Dispenser uses a fiber bar material scented with Aire-Master fragrance oils, while the new Home Diffuser atomizes Aire-Master fragrance oil through the unit with a more consistent longer-lasting fragrance.

How long will the fragrance oils last in the Plug-in or Tower Diffuser?
Oils will last 6 weeks – 3 months on the Plug-in Diffuser with a 2oz bottle and 3–6 months on the Tower Diffuser with an 8oz bottle.

What kind of space will the Plug-in or Tower Diffuser fill?
Average settings on the Plug-in will fill about 500 square feet on the Plug-in. Average settings on the Tower will fill about 1200 square feet. Setting the unit to mist longer and more frequent will fill a larger room. 

Will the Home Diffusers work on an app?
Yes, search the App Store or Google Play for: Aire-Master. Click here for the app guides.

Do you offer a refill subscription based on my preferences?
Yes, you can purchase the unit on the product page, and set up the time between refills, as well as change fragrances. We suggest you start your subscription with every 3 months until you see how fast you are running out of oil.

Where to install?

  • Install your diffuser near a vent to help loft scent into the air when your air or heat comes on.
  • Note how the air flows in your room and install accordingly in a nearby outlet.
  • Do not install your diffuser behind furniture.
  • Do not install near an outside door where the scent could be drawn out of your space.
  • Do not install near an open flame.

How often should do I clean my diffuser?
For optimal performance, clean your diffuser every 3 months, between scents, or if diffuser gets tipped over. See instructions in the TROUBLE SHOOTING / WEAK SCENT section or download the manuals here.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

DIFFUSERS
Both ScentScapes® Plug-in and Tower Diffusers work by cold air diffusion combined with air pressure to diffuse oils into a fine mist. We use no heat or water to achieve a consistent lofty fragrance. Each diffuser has manual settings perfect for small to medium-size rooms. Use the app to create a custom scenting schedule or to increase intensity for a larger room.

ScentScapes®  Tower Diffuser – Medium Space
The Tower is rechargeable and plugs into the wall by a cord but can hold a charge up to 24–36 hours. This unit has 7 manual scent intensity levels and 7 working times from 1/2 hour up to 24 hours. Works with the Aire-Master app found on the App store or Google Play.

ScentScapes® Plug-in Diffuser – Small Space
The Plug-in plugs directly into the wall outlet. This unit has 3 manual setting and works with the same app as the Tower Diffuser.

 

DEODORIZERS
Both the Classic and D1000 Dispensers work by an internal fan blowing onto a fiber bar material scented with Aire-Master fragrance oils. Each 2-pack of bars lasts up to 4 weeks. The intensity of the fragrance diminishes as the bar drys out.

ScentScapes® Classic Dispenser – Large Space
This unit plugs into the wall by a cord and sits on the floor.

D1000 Dispenser – Small Space
This is a wall-mount unit that runs on one D battery.

 

CLEANERS
Blue Lagoon is a super-concentrated, multi-purpose liquid deodorizer and cleaner that removes odors, even the smell of a skunk!

You-re N Control is a ready-to-use bio/enzymatic liquid deodorizer that removes stains and odors.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How long does an order take to deliver?
Please allow 8–10 business days for processing and delivery. Delivery could take longer if item is out-of-stock.

Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?
Due to our fulfillment and ordering process, we are not able to guarantee any accommodations can be made to an order once placed, including alterations or cancellations but we will do our best to accommodate.

How can I check the status of my order?
Be sure to Create an Account, or login, to easily check the status of your order. After an order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us as well as updates when your order is processed and shipped.

Can I track my package?
Yes, once your package is shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number. Click the hyperlinked tracking number to easily track your package or copy & paste it into any search engine and it will direct you to a tracking page.

Didn’t get a tracking number?
Please email us with your order number and someone will get back to you.

What is your shipping policy?
All shipping is free within the continental US. and shipping to P.O. boxes is available.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Only items that have been purchased directly from Aire-Master Home can be returned to Aire-Master Home. Expect 5-7 business days to process a return.

Where does Aire-Master Home product ship from?
All orders are shipped out of our Nixa, Missouri warehouse and distribution center, using both UPS and USPS. 

The Aire-Master Home fragrance collection and deodorant cleaners are proudly made in the U.S.

What do I do if I received the wrong order?
If there was an error in your order, please email us. Be sure to provide us with your product order number and an image of the incorrect product and we will correct it.

 

TROUBLE SHOOTING

NO SCENT

  1. Check to see if outlet is working. 
  2. If in App mode, check to see if the diffuser is scheduled to work.
  3. Switch to manual mode to see if pump is working.
  4. Check the pump tube and oil tube connection.

WEAK SCENT

  1. Check the sealing ring of air outlet tube for damage and the suction pipe to see if bent or blocked.
  2. Check the atomizer nozzle for a loose fitting.
  3. CLEAN DIFFUSER: Remove oil from bottle by pouring into another glass container. NEVER POUR OIL DOWN THE DRAIN! Rinse the bottle with alcohol. Then add a 1/2 inch of rubbing alcohol to the bottle. Run for 15 minutes and pour alcohol into the trash. Add oil back into the bottle. 

OIL LEAK

  1. Check the atomizer for damage.
  2. Check the oil bottle to see if screwed in tightly.

DIFFUSER TIPS OVER WITH OIL IN IT

  1. Clean diffuser as stated in the WEAK SCENT section above.
  2. In case of oil spill, clean the surface immediately to avoid any potential damage to your carpet, varnish, or painted surfaces.

DIFFUSER FREEZES UP

  1. RESET TOWER DIFFUSER: Take oil out of the diffuser and turn off. Turn diffuser upside down and insert a paper clip into the tiny hole at the bottom. Press for 10 seconds. Then turn back on. Older models prior to December 2024, reset by holding the two buttons on the front simultaneously for several seconds, until you hear 5 beeps.
  2. RESET PLUG-IN DIFFUSER: Unplug the diffuser from the outlet. Hold down the power button. Plug in the diffuser and until you hear 5 short beeps. You will hear 1 short beep.
